“Why Weight?” Group
My “Why Weight?” Group for women is beginning late Spring ’12. This unique 7-session workshop consists of one private session and six 2-2.5 hour small group sessions. Participants will obtain weight management results; a deeper understanding of personal strengths and self-knowledge; and tools to help you maintain your progress, as well as continued support via check-in calls with me and through my informational blog.
Methods used to assist your weight loss will include hypnotherapy, EFT, EMDR, and group coaching, within a safe and supportive environment.
